That’s right…it’s Summer again. The best movies, music and games all come out at the same time. I’d like to commend System of a Down, the White Stripes and Coldplay for making new great albums. And of course Lucas for making it alright to be a Star Wars fan again.

I’m one of many Joe Wright’s and I currently dwell in Glasgow, Scotland. I work as a software developer for JPMorgan and previously the Scottish Qualifications Authority. I mainly use Ruby, Java, Bash and any automation tools I can get my hands on.

I used to be heavily into Gentoo Linux but since finishing my Bachelors and Masters in Computing at the University of Aberdeen I haven't found the time.
