Do the robot

Well after last night we must all love Peter Crouch so I thought I would put up some of his videos:

This is him at the Beckhams party (before the Hungary game):

Here’s his goal and celebration uneditted from BBC last night:

And finally from the Crouch videos here’s a music mix with his celebration:

In other news a waaaayyy better England tune has been made by these guys for the world cup:

    Better than who ?

What. Embrace was a joke surely?

“Just Don’t come home too soon”. Now thats a football anthem.

  2. JoeJag says:

    Better than Embrace yeah.

Best one is Badeil and Skinners hands down. “Just Don’t come home too soon” was great too (Hendry hits the post!). We were spoilt that year. Even that Vindaloo song was good.

    3 Lions? Fuck off!!!

World in Motion for t3h win!!!!!1111!!11oneone!!

All these football songs are taking things too far, I’ve even seen an entire album advertised!

That being said, I’m happy to lend my Del Amitri best of after the end of the group stages ;)

    h0h0h0h… Zzzzzing m’Lady.

Thats a slice of fried gold with lemon on it. World in motion for the win indeed.

“Barnes is black, he can rap.” Makes me sick.

    And his gold?

    – Barnes –

Youve got to hold and give
But do it at the right time
You can be slow or fast
But you must get to the line
Theyll always hit you and hurt you
    Defend and attack
Theres only one way to beat them
    Get round the back
    Catch me if you can
    Cos Im the england man
    And what youre looking at
    Is the master plan
    We aint no hooligans
    This aint a football song
    Three lions on my chest
I know we cant go wrong

No, he can’t rap. Nice tune though. From joy division to the “first division” in 20 years.

    “hold and give”
“You can be slow or fast”
    “Defend and attack”
    “Get round the back”

With tactics like that, I’m predicting some confusion among the players!

(I haven’t heard the song – I’ve been quickly changing channels when anything football related comes on the radio and tv :P )
