Single Malt Whisky Guide

Whisky is a wonderful drink which has powerful taste, smells and delicate differences. It’s a lot easier to enjoy if you find one you like and then have more of a similar style.

Always remember to put a dash of water or ice with your Whisky as it unlocks a lot of the hidden flavour.

There are 6 main Whisky producing regions in Scotland of which Speyside is by far the largest producer. I recommend you start off with a well known brand then explore more from the same region.

Regions: islay, lowland, campbletown, island, Speyside, highland

Ones in bold are my favourites! Of the Whisky I’ve tried, I have to agree with Prince Charles on my favourite, which is the Islay malt Laphroaig.
